Q: Are my online credit card transactions secure?
A: Yes. All online transactions at Gemorama.com are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: We gladly accept international orders, but reserve the right to require payment via credit card. We are capable of responding to written customer service inquiries in English only. For shipping methods and costs, please go to our Shipping page under Ordering Info.
IMPORTANT: For international orders paid for with credit card, Gemorama.com will NOT ship to an address that does not match the address for the credit card. The order processing team at Gemorama.com will place a call to the credit card issuing bank to verify billing information before shipments are dispatched, and we will hold orders until valid information is obtained.
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: Yes, but because our inventory is constantly changing as we add many more new and exciting products and with sterling and gold pricing constantly changing, we do not have an updated catalog at this time. We will be working towards a more current catalog in the future. If you would like a copy of our older catalog, we would be happy to send one out to you. Just add yourself to our mailing list and request a catalog.
Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: YES! We are have been in business for 40 years and have provided exceptional beads and supplies to our region. Come in and visit us and get inspired!

Q: How do I get coupons?
A: We offer a generous volume pricing system available to all of our customers. In concert with these lower prices, we offer additional savings and special offers through weekly Internet coupons and weekly specials, which we post to our homepage on a regular basis.
Q: How do I get free shipping?
A: We offer free shipping via the U.S. Post Office anywhere in the United States. Customers that select the free shipping option can expect their orders to be packed within about 1 business day (a little longer around the holidays) and delivered to the local U.S. Post Office. Our oversize packages require special handling by the post office and generally take about a week to arrive from the time your order is shipped but it is not unusual for a package to take as long as 2 weeks, especially during the holidays.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: Processing and delivery time depend on which shipping method you choose and where the order is being delivered. For more information. please go to our Shipping section page under Ordering Info.
Q: What is your back-order policy?
A: We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock” or inactivate them on our website. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Should this happen, we will ship you what we have and adjust the amount of your purchase accordingly. We will back-order the remaining product. At this time we are unable to ship back-orders to international countries. In this case, your back-order will be cancelled. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or email with regard to the status of your order. International customers with back-ordered items should revisit our site frequently for those items, as we will post them back to the site as soon as they become available.
Q: I ordered enough product to get the price break; why didn't I get it?
A: We do not offer assortability, or mix-and-match, pricing. Price breaks occur when buying higher quantities of one particular item. For example, if you buy six alphabet beads that are all the same letter, you would get a better price. Purchasing six different letters, however, would not qualify you for the discount. This holds true for all of our products where volume pricing is available.
Q: Is there any sales tax?
A: Being a Massachusetts state business, we apply an 6.25% sales tax to all orders originating in the state of Massachusetts. If you are a registered business with a Massachusetts state exempt number and are eligible for tax exemption, please mail or fax your resale certificate or business license to the address/number below and taxes will be excluded from your order.

Q: What is Paypal? How do I use it?
A: Paypal is becoming a very popular way to do business on the Internet. The reason being that the only people who will have your credit card or bank account information is Paypal. With PayPal, you can send money to anyone with an email address by simply signing up and logging into your account at www.PayPal.com. To send a payment, sign in to your PayPal account and click the Send Money tab. Then enter your recipient's email address and the amount you would like to send. To pay for an Gemorama.com order, simply enter firstname.lastname@example.org in the recipient's email address, and enter the amount. Please remember to reference your Gemorama.com order number in all transactions. Your order will be processed once we are notified that your payment has cleared.
Q: What other shipping options do I have?
A: If you would like to receive your order faster than using our free shipping method, we provide several options to choose from. In the U.S. you can choose from U.S. Priority Mail, as well as various UPS shipping options. For Canada, you can choose Canada Airmail. For international orders you can choose from International Global Priority and International Global Express. Please Note: We do not ship COD. For larger orders.

Q: Do you match prices or offer wholesale or quantity discounts?
A: We offer a volume pricing system available to all our customers. In addition to this we post a weekly coupon and weekly specials on our homepage on a regular basis, and provide free shipping to provide even greater savings opportunities. And since our prices are among the best you will find anywhere, we don't need to match the prices of our competitors.
Q: Why can't I find an item that I had found before on your website?
A: If you can't find a particular item that you had found before on our website, that means is temporarily "out of stock" or it has been discontinued.Check back frequently to see when items will be restocked. Items are usually discontinued because of availability or quality issues, so we will probably not be carrying the item anytime soon.
Q: I've suggested products I would like to see you carry; what happened to my suggestion?
A: Your suggestion was heard loud and clear. Every product suggestion we get is notated in a suggestions log. The suggestions are presented to our Product Team when they are deciding what new product to add, and are a major factor in our decisions. So keep the suggestions coming. THANK YOU!
Q: Do you drop-ship?
A: Gemorama.com does not accept drop-ship orders of any kind. If a customer is found to be using our services for drop-shipping to a third party, we will cancel the order and subsequent orders will not be processed. An example of this would be the sale of our product on Ebay, with Gemorama.com shipping to the winning bidder. These orders will be cancelled.
