General Information Applying to all Classes
Payment & Registration: Pre-registration is required for all classes and payment is due at the time of class. You may sign-up at the store or over the phone.Since all classes have a maximum size, and most fill up, walk-in registration on class day is not always possible.
Pre-requisites: Some classes have pre-requisites. Please note these before signing up.
Age Requirements: Classes are offered to adults and teenagers 13 and over. In some of our Basic Beading classes, children as young as 12 are allowed to attend if accompanied by an attending adult.There are always exceptions to the rule, so please call us and ask if you are unsure.
Basic Skills Needed: Making professional looking jewelry requires certain capabilities, we recommend that students have the physical ability to use small hand tools for crimping, cutting, and shaping wire and other materials. The ability to work with and see clearly small objects up close (stringing beads on wire, etc.) DON'T FORGET YOUR GLASSES!!! Please have patience with yourself and others during the learning process. Remember, this is all about relaxing and having fun!
Cancellations: If you cannot attend a class you have signed up for please call us as soon as possible. Ideally 48-24 hours ahead would give someone else the opportunity to attend a class that was full or rescheduling(for the teacher) for another date and time if the class was very small.
